No, the general consensus is that it is a waste of money. I’ve gone through a 1kg tub and noticed no difference in recovery or anywhere else for that matter. You definetly have all the supplements you need in that list, save your $

if you’re having a problem with DOMS and recovery, just have a scoop of Surge in your during workout drink or some BCAA’s. The money you save on glutamine will more than pay for it.

yeah already take Surge pre, during, and post. as a i recall there’s some glutamine in Surge already so that should be enough…thanks for all the responses!
