I am 16 years of age, 198 pounds, 5’8.
My lifts are at a 365 squat, 465 deadlift, and 285 bench press.
I took a total testosterone test out of curiosity and found out that my testosterone levels were at 2.54 ng/ml.
Now, though that is in the normal parameters (.28-11.1 ng/ml according to the paper that included the results), shouldn’t I be in the higher levels considering I am right in the middle of puberty and lift a respectful amount? I’ve started reading up on Alpha Male after I had remembered an article by TC that outlined something close to my case- except I wasn’t in a crazy growth spurt much nor was my sternum too wide. Should I take it?
There’s nothing wrong with you. There’s nothing for Alpha Male to fix. Test tests yield very different results depending on what time of the day you take them. Don’t sweat it. You’re miles ahead of most kids your age. Just keep lifting and eating and you’ll grow up to be a very strong man.
Your money would be better spent elsewhere. Seriously.
I took AM at 21 and felt no difference except for an increase in appetite. I understand wanting to get stronger faster, but AM won’t give you the results that you think you’ll get. You’re a teenager and already putting up great numbers. Just eat right and nature will take care of itself.
