I have got this job as a PA on a few commercials cause I need the money. The problem is Ihave worked 50 hrs in three days. I am exhausted and am coming down with a cough and sore throat. I have not worked out during those three days, because I went in at 630am and left at 11:30pm. I brought all my food lots of grow, apples, chicken,etc so that area is fine. I’m sitting here feeling like shit do I pound some md6 and go workout or use this as my week off, and hit it hard when I feel alittle better??

Hey, Dante, sounds like you’re bustin’ your ballz pretty hard, bud. As much as you might not want to hear it…use it as your week off. If you feel real aggressive and want to do a little sumthin’ sumthin’ do some Warrior Training at your place. It probably will do you very little good to hit the plates. Your body’s pretty well run down and pushing it too hard might put you in an even worse state. I just took a few days off because I felt I was starting to wear down a bit and things were catching up with me (not to mention I’d been training balls to the wall for quite some time without any serious rest). Man, did it ever do me good. I’m ready to attack the stack and get huge, bro. Basically, get some rest and be ready to bust your balls next, baby.
