Too bad he didn’t post a weekly photo to go along with the BF #'s

I need to see its buoyancy in water to have an accurate estimation i’m afraid.

Ya. I think he had a competition around that time frame though.

I think this is a picture from the comp he did in 2013. It looks like it was 2013 NPC Masters Nationals, which was in June. So what 2 months after the last test.

Is this a real thing? I sink like one of Nibbler’s poops, and I’m like 20% lol.[/quote]

This is me. I am like 20% or so myself, maybe more and I sink like I am wearing concrete trunks.

This is untrue. The lighter you are in body weight, the more bouyant you are all by itself.

One sinks until the density of the surrounding water equals one’s density,

The volume of air in your lungs changes with the surrounding pressure too.

I will post some pics from today actually posing in about 30 minutes. I want honest assessment since I know what calipers say. (gonna be a couple hours. I forgot this computer doesnt have an SD reader, Gotta get the other one to transfer files.

I understand that. However, being “10%” itself does not affect bouyancy because there are too many other variables.

In fact, that number itself means nothing at all as far as any constant response seen.

As far as yourself, you look fine…and the exact number you are is irrelevant.

Bone density is a big factor in sinking isn’t it?

Yes…and this can change with added resistance training…meaning the big guy with the muscles will likely sink no matter how much fat he has unless he is obese.
