short workouts

I have gone back to college and am working a full time job so my time in the gym has been really shortened. Do you guys have any suggestions for training programs I might try? I can hit the gym for about an hour on 3 (maybe 4) days a week. Thanks for the input!

Why would you ever need to train more than an hour a day or more than four days a week? You have plenty of time to train. Just keep the intensity up and the chit-chat to a bare minimum.

You have all the time you need. Try EDT. It’s very intense.

I have a couple of sets of adjustable dumbbells, a chin-up bar and a adjustable flat bench, that I keep for the periods when I get to busy to go the the gym.
I can work every thing, but my legs at home. Dumbbells can be loaded to 150 lbs. each. Workouts look something like this - Monday -Back and Biceps, Tuesday - Quads and Soleus, Wendesday - Off, Thursday - Chest, Triceps and Shoulders, Friday - Hamstrings and Back. Best of Luck.
