Shieko Style Routine?

well heres my story. i just turned 15 and im goin for the 198lb weight class bp record of 350. i am at 280 raw right now.
well i had some1 make me a routine to help me and this is what he made…

Here a routine somnone has set up for me(sheiko stlye routine)

Monday Bench only:
140x5, 165x4, 195 for 2 sets of 3, 220 for 3 sets of 5
120x5, 180x5, 205 for 4x4.
Incline: 205 for 4x6
Closer grip: 205 for 6x5

Tuesday:
Squat: 5x5 with 275
Bent over rows: 5x5
1 arm DB rows: 10, 8, 8. go up in weight each set
T-Bar rows: 3x8
Narrow grip straight bar curls: 3x8
Wide grip straight bar curls: 3x8
One other bicep exercise of your choice for 3x8

Wednesday:Sprints

Thursday:
Deadlift: 135x10, 350x4, 350x4, 365x2
Wide grip deadlift (hands very very wide):
135x10, 300x4, 300x4, 315x2
Sumo style: 135x10, 235x4, 235x4, 250x2
Straight legged DL: high reps low weight.
Powershrugs: lots of weight!! for how ever many you want

Friday bench only:
135x10, 175x10, 175x10
140x5, 165x4, 195x3, 220 for 2 sets of 5
Military press: 3 sets of 5 with 135-150, w/e u want
Close grip bench: 210 for 5x5

Saturday:
Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 245x5, 245x5, 245x5, 245x5, 265x3, 280x2, 280x2
Bent over rows: 5x5
1 arm DB rows: 10, 8, 8. go up in weight each set
T-Bar rows: 3x8
Narrow grip straight bar curls: 3x8
Wide grip straight bar curls: 3x8
One other bicep exercise of your choice for 3x8

yay or nay?

I see a lot of bicep work, but one thing that would help balance out the excessive bench volume, would be to add chinups for your back

this would increase bicep size/strength and also balance some of the pushing/pulling.

yea one mon,wed,and fri now im just gunna to skull crushers, and overhead db tricep extensions. i flared my elbows out and my shoulder is feelin it so holding back a little bit and ive fixed my form
