Maybe it’s my age, but I do better following 9 weeks of Sheiko, 4 week prep and 5 weak peak. I’m wicked miserable at the end of the 4 week prep.
Just started #29, I really like it so far and pretty tough too. I was just wondering if any of you were still doing any sheiko programs and how your progress has been going over the past couple of years.

About 8 months ago, I got back into a heavier lifting after a injury on the job and I decided to give #29 a go to set me in. Although I lost some strength during the layoff, I gained about 15lbs on bench, and 20-30lb on squat and dead. Good program.
Finished #29 a week or so ago gained about 20 pounds on dead lift, 25 on squat and my weight went down about 2 pounds. Haven’t really tested my bench, shoulder is kind of sore but I think I am going to run it again with increased maxes hopefully it will go well again.
I added just under 100 lbs to my squat 40lbs to my bench 70 to my dead (dead went backwards my last 2 cycles) over the course of a year all while staying at 148
modifications i made that worked
increased bench percentages, alternated arched back gms with full rom(instead of seated)
