Dude that gym looks incredible!!! :exploding_head: I was just happy to find a rack of dumbbells at the Courtyard. LOL Yeah, HHI is an awesome place. No doubt about it. They have greenways everywhere and they did a great job of keeping the trees and maintaining a nice architectural design requirement for buildings. It’s a great place. :sunglasses:

Beautiful looking push session. Glad you are able to get in such great work on the road. Nice breakfast view too. Looks like things have calmed down where you are. We are getting hammered up here by whatever this tropical storm is. I saw a picture from yesterday of the waves crashing over the lifeguard stand. :grimacing:

Thanks Trent. It’s calmed down even more today. Tomorrow its supposed to be really nice here. After lunch we plan to head down and get in the ocean.

I saw the news last night and it was saying you guys were getting it pretty bad. That’s crazy to be over the lifeguard chair. :exploding_head:

Nice looking pull session in that Taj Mahal of hotel fitness centers! :sunglasses: Every time I think about resort fitness centers it reminds me of that one we stayed at down at Disney about 10 years ago. I was doing a metcon and in stumbles this middle-aged guy from the pool in his bathing suit. Dude was completely hammered. He walks in, does one set of bicep curls and then picks his drink back up and walks back out to the pool. :sunglasses:

Good ride this morning.

Found this spot and stopped to drink my water and eat the banana I brought with me. Off in the distance is the ocean. Stayed long enough to see another shrimp boat.

That seems to be big business around here.

This week is flying by. Today’s plan is beach all day.

Great job on that bike ride Shane! Were you able to go 15 mph all on bike paths or were you on the roadway? Either way, you’ve gotta love the flat coastal roads. 36 feet of elevation gain in 15 miles! :sunglasses: Beautiful photo. I was able to find that spot on google maps really quick based on your map. My mom and sister used to live about 1-2 miles from there at Dolphin Head. Just gorgeous…
