Sorry to hear about the IT band. When mine flares up I usually end up doing a bunch of foam rolling of my glute and the IT band itself and that helps.

Thanks Trent. My back kind of sucks right now too. I took deads out of programming and my lower back strength has taken a hit. Going to try to build it back up. LoL at the ab wheel. Going to try to hit a 100 at the house tonight or in the morning tomorrow.
