The chair moves up and down when you press. Somehow I think it incorporates your BW while using. Idk. It is super smooth though and I like it.

My new gym has multiple locations. One is in Canton, Ga. The other one is in Woodstock. I like the Canton one for their machines on push day.

Woke up yesterday and my IT band or hip was sore. I honestly thought I bumped something and had a bruise. No bruise but still sore today. Hopefully it will feel a lot better for leg day tomorrow.

Good looking metcon Shane. That looks like one big PITA honestly. :joy: Sorry to hear about the IT band. When mine flares up I usually end up doing a bunch of foam rolling of my glute and the IT band itself and that helps.

Thanks Trent. My back kind of sucks right now too. I took deads out of programming and my lower back strength has taken a hit. Going to try to build it back up. LoL at the ab wheel. Going to try to hit a 100 at the house tonight or in the morning tomorrow.

That HS machine is my favorite bicep machine by far.
