I’m not sure what you’re eating but I ate Mexican yesterday too. I just had two chicken tacos and the pitiful amount of chips they give you at Moe’s. To me that’s a pretty light meal. Well, if you’re married to my wife that’s a pretty light meal. ![]()
LoL. I typically don’t eat that bad at Mexican but I do overeat the chips and salsa. That along with the fact that we usually stop and get an ice cream cone from somewhere after as well. Really, it’s just going out to eat and eating all that sodium I think that gets me.

Watched a goofball at the gym today getting a spot for a 265 squat that he barely made, while in a squat cage, with the safeties not set and all the way at the bottom of the cage. So what does goofball do, throw another 20 pounds on and then comes to ask me if I can be a second spotter so he can have two spots for his next squat. I promptly pointed out he is in a squat cage and the safeties that he has decided not to use will do a much better job and be a lot safer. He gave me an eat ahit look, set his safeties, still to low for the bottom of his squat and then barely made his squat without the spot and glared at me. ![]()
Ego lifter without any proper programming or idea of his calculated 1RM just throwing weight on the bar and expecting strangers in the gym to bail him out. Great plan.
Not setting the safeties blows my mind. I don’t get it.
