I guess the combination of sore legs and large amount of carbs from pasta yesterday caused the weight bounce. Not going to worry about it. I have leftover pasta today to finish off.

Yeah man, we probably eat pasta and pizza a combined 3 nights per week. Combine that with lots of beer and it is a damned uphill battle. :joy: Good on you for eating zucchini pasta. I’m sure my wife would never settle for that. :slightly_smiling_face:

I got used to doing it back when I was doing keto. It’s actually not bad, but definitely not as good as pasta.

Crappy thing is all that testing I did found that I have issues with dairy. So I don’t eat much pizza anymore. :frowning:

Man, your numbers are just getting insane! That is some seriously good work. Super heavy on deads and generally awesome sets on everything else. If your back doesn’t hurt after those deads I’d call that a win. I would be getting carted out on a stretcher. :joy:

You are not kidding on the getting older. I bought myself a backpack blower that has a tank on it so I can do my own mosquito treatments. The blower itself is heavy, but add on 3 gallons of water sitting directly on top of it, and now it’s not only really heavy but awkward to try to put on. Got it done but was not as easy as I thought it would be. :joy:

Yep, got the push ups, but skipped the CGBP.

My hat is off to you for doing that. I don’t know what you’re using but I’m not sure if I would want to be spraying those chemicals. Either way, sounds like a tough rig to carry around. Glad you got it done. :+1:t2:
