That’s it. Good workout. Add weight across most reps and was happy to 32 dips in a row.

Dude those dips are phenomenal. Great job! That was a nice looking session overall. Very strong. The shoulders are definitely going to be smoked. Way to get it done!

Thanks Trent. Definitely felt like a good workout today.

I would imagine after that many reps

OK, I’m done with squatting. You win… :disappointed_relieved:

Dude, that was an incredible leg/squat session! That is just unreal man… That would have been a hard squat session at way less weight than what you did. No set under 10 reps with 3(10x225)??? Then the widow maker set 20x155. You’re just making everyone look bad. :joy: Seriously, that was an impressive session man. I’ll be checking in to see how the DOMS is tomorrow. :sunglasses:

Thanks Trent. The squats really were not that bad. I do them highbar with my feet together. It is almost like a standing leg press. The last set of 12 did suck but the 20 x 155 were definitely a lot tougher.

I am leaving town tomorrow around noon. Hoping for no DOMs! :joy:

That’s it. Decent day in the gym. Had to call an audible and switch up my first movements of the day as all the benches were taken. Still was able to add reps and progress on my chest supported DB Rows. Moving up to the hundreds and will have to work those for awhile because that’s as heavy as my gym has. Not to worry because getting 12s across will be tough with those.

I went over my labs with Marek Health, still waiting on him to actually send me them though.

Test went from 300s to 850s. That is Test C, 200 MGML at 120MG a week divided up in 3, 40 MG shots.

My LDL went from 101 to 52. Using ezetimibe and my statin that my other normal doctor prescribed.

DHEA actually dropped a point so we are upping the DHEA from 10 to 25 MG per day.

All other inflammation markers are either gone or a 3rd of what they were. I am feeling a ton better.

Blood pressure remains really good but I have never had an issue with this.

Awesome looking pull session Shane. One of these days I’m going to figure out how to do bench supported DB rows… The 100’s should be fun. :sunglasses: Sounds like the blood work came back good, at least if I understand it correctly. If so, then good news! :+1:t2: :+1:t2:

Thanks Trent. It helps that bloodwork confirms that everything is going good. So far so good.

The chest supported rows I like them because my arms are long enough to be able to get in good position for them. They are not for everyone. If you have a good chest supported row machine it will probably work better for you.

I might actually start using the HS low row or Kroc rows after another couple weeks for a different workout. The only thing I don’t like about the HS low row is the range of motion seems kind of short.

If there is one thing my gym has a good variety of it’s row machines. Might just have to stick with those. :joy:

Are you feeling the bump in T?

Most definitely. More energy in the gym and recovery seems better. Also, not just feeling it but seeing it. My arms, chest, shoulders, quads, etc are definitely larger with more definition. It is basically like walking around with my old pump that I would get from working out, but that is just my normal size now.
