It’s not as hard as you think. Half a mile per hand, put it down when you get tired and use the other until you drag around with you for a mile. :slight_smile:

Went out to eat for our 10 year anniversary last night. Had Italian, lasagna, garlic rolls, salad, and cheese cake. Was 257 on the scale this morning. Not sure there is anything I can do to drop that bloat by tomorrow so I am expecting a heavy weigh in.
