Tried red light therapy today.

Need to get me a pair of glasses next go. I spent 10 minutes with my hands over my eyes. Needed the hear no and speak no evil monkeys and we would have had a full set. :speak_no_evil_monkey::see_no_evil_monkey::hear_no_evil_monkey:

Nice looking deload session and I’m glad you finally tried the red light therapy. That’s pretty cool how they have them on two sides of the room. At our gym they only have them on one wall, so I stand in front of it and slowly spin around like a rotisserie chicken. :joy: Nah, usually I do 10 minutes with my front facing the light, then 5 minutes left, right and back. Then 5 minutes with whatever hurts the most near the light (usually holding my feet up to it). :melting_face: I hear you on the glasses. I used the goggles the first few times (borrowed from the gym). Then I just said screw it and started closing my eyes. It’s easier to do that if the light is only on one wall though as you can turn around and open your eyes a little if you need to. That would be tough in your gym and I bet that is twice as bright. :sun: :face_with_peeking_eye:

Honestly Harry, I really don’t know what it does. It has a bunch of supposed benefits. I am mostly hoping to get some added recovery.

There are a ton of claims though.

Honestly, if I had 10 minutes to spend, it would be better spent in a sauna than red light therapy. Not sure you are missing anything.

I planned doing 8 x 315 on high bars but my back cramped on my third rep on the final set.

As long as my body holds together 405 might actually fall this year. :crossed_fingers:
