Good looking Peloton ride and deload session this morning. Working up to 275 on squats is pretty solid for a deload week. Maybe work up to a set of 600 on deads this week too just to balance it out. :joy: After my patella tendon got re-aggravated this morning I seriously considered a deload week. We shall see…

Thanks Trent. LoL. I plan to maybe try 365 on deads. Depends on how my back is feeling. It has been tight lately. Though when I stretch and get my piriformis loosened up all my back pain seems to go away. Need to keep doing the stretching.
