I grew up Christian, but was not nondenominational, and have enjoyed his take on Christianity. Definitely much more so than how I was raised. Glad we found him. :+1:

250 on inclines was too big of a jump. 225 felt decent and in hindsight I should have just repped that out for Amrap. Next time that will be the plan. Elbow got pissy. Same one that I had issue with before. Hopefully I caught it quick enough and shut it down where it doesn’t bubble up like last time.

Man, that was one heck of an upper body session Shane! Congrats on the machine OHP PR! Did you have a spot on incline or did you use safeties? Shoot, I’d be pumped to get anywhere near 225 on that lift. Hope your shoulder feels better. Great job today!

I would highly recommend a pair of elbow wraps if you don’t have them. It’ll take all the strain off the joint and you can do tricep work pain free.

Bring impeded by an elbow is the worst. I’m not sure why more people don’t use them.

Thanks Trent. I had a guy that works there spot me on the inclines. He also gave me a lift off which was a huge help. Appreciate it. :slight_smile:

I have a pair of Mark Bell sleeves I need to throw in the bag. Definitely couldn’t hurt to have some more support there. I think I shut it down just in time this go around. Last time I ignored the pain and did another set and ended up with a bubble on my elbow for weeks.

Easy ride today.

Not surprised with the weight bounce. Easter brunch buffet and it was also our anniversary last week. We ate out a lot this weekend.

Today is my birthday and this weekend we are going out to eat for it. Weight loss this week will be tough and I will plan to limit the damage as much as possible.
