Great session yesterday and a nice combo session this morning. Way to get back over 400 on deads! Pretty sure that hasn’t happened in a while. Excellent pace on the bike ride and rower as well!

LoL. I track all my food on a tracking app. I guess schedule was a silly word. Basically, I didn’t have the cals left for the day needed to think about eating pizza, but it didn’t stop me from eating it. Hence the lack of weight loss.

Me too. I use My Fatness Pal. :joy: Basically just a formal way of proving that I’m screwing up. I think after lunch yesterday I had 800 cals left for dinner. Then my wife walked in with chicken parm and garlic knots… :man_facepalming:
