Just did a quick spreadsheet to see what the cumulative effort would be on your push-up program and at the end of the year you would have done 66,795 push-ups. More power to you brother! ![]()

It’s basically 1 push up per day by date. January 1st would be one, 2nd would be two, etc. all the way up to December 31st being 365. I doubt I get much past March before I end up needing to sub in other bodyweight exercises.

Stayed up and watched the whole game last night, even though it was pretty much over at the half I wanted to see the celebration. Feel bad for the guys from TCU, and wish it was a better game but glad to not to have to go through the stress of a close game.
Eating holidays, games, etc should be done until the Superbowl and Valentine’s day. Loading creatine should level out here in the next week. Time to really push into the low 240s.
Nice job on the elliptical Shane and congrats on another championship. I didn’t end up watching any of it, unfortunately. Just had too big of a day at work so I needed to get some sleep. Glad you guys got the W!
