Way to get one in this morning Shane. Hopefully your cold is like mine. I’ve had a mile cough all week and a tiny bit of a runny nose but have felt pretty decent otherwise. Finally broke down and trained this morning. Hopefully that wasn’t a mistake… Glad you guys are OK down there!

Thanks Trent. Hopefully we have the same cold. Fingers crossed there. Yeah, we are fine. Listening to the weather I thought I was going to be doing my best Dorothy impression, but we ended up getting lucky and it was just a bunch of rain.

Seems to be just a cold. Idk. Been hacking up crap. I have already decided I am going to reschedule my colonoscopy though. I don’t feel like not eating all day and then prepping for this while not feeling 100 percent.

Thanks. Woke up coughing stuff up again. My wife thinks I have bronchitis. I generally feel better as the day goes on though and feel a little better day to day. With that I am going to wait a couple more days and if it doesn’t clear out I will go to the Dr.

This is exactly what mine has been like. All night I was coughing off and on, then in the morning hacking up tons of crap, then by the afternoon I’m more or less fine. Mine has gotten a little better the last few days. Hoping that trend continues…

After coming in today and looking at the work calendar for the month I realized that I am going to need to do my 100 mile bike ride this Saturday. So, yay. LoL

I guess I will skip my BBB squats on Friday to save my legs for Saturday’s ride. I am looking forward to accomplishing this challenge and getting it behind me. :sunglasses:

Ha ha, yeah I would take it easy on legs for the rest of the week. Maybe just some stretching, etc. They are going to take a beating on Saturday. If I had a road bike I would join you. :sunglasses:
