Seems to be just a cold. Idk. Been hacking up crap. I have already decided I am going to reschedule my colonoscopy though. I don’t feel like not eating all day and then prepping for this while not feeling 100 percent.

Thanks. Woke up coughing stuff up again. My wife thinks I have bronchitis. I generally feel better as the day goes on though and feel a little better day to day. With that I am going to wait a couple more days and if it doesn’t clear out I will go to the Dr.

After coming in today and looking at the work calendar for the month I realized that I am going to need to do my 100 mile bike ride this Saturday. So, yay. LoL
I guess I will skip my BBB squats on Friday to save my legs for Saturday’s ride. I am looking forward to accomplishing this challenge and getting it behind me. ![]()
