That is it. Today was supposed to be a leg day but honestly I didn’t feel like working out a full leg day of squats in the home gym today. I really like the gym for this because I can get all my joints thoroughly warmed up. I guess I could have done some hip circle stuff to get my hips warmed up but I figured fawk it, hit some cardio and call it. Body is really not wanting to drop this pound. I will be 238 something by tomorrow though.

Solid work on that Row Shane. Pretty sure my HR would be much higher than that at that pace. Yep, I noticed that they moved you and several others out of the Over 35 and to the (young people) training journals. I guess they mistook you for a young, youthful lad. :joy: No mistaking me for that I guess… :older_man:t2:

Peloton 30 minutes with 5 minute cool down.

Glad to hit my goal weight plus a pound. Going to the beach I won’t be under 240 for long though. That’s ok, that will give me another goal when I get back.

Nice Peloton ride Shane! And congrats on hitting your weight goal! Go buy a longboard and paddle out every day for an hour. You’ll keep the weight off. :sunglasses:

Looks like they have still left me over where I belong, in the nursing home. Maybe they saw all this great work and numbers you are putting up and you got activated onto the real training journal section? :joy:
