Shake of Choice?

What’s everyone’s shake or micro meal of choice to have when you’re eating the 2 of your 5 meals that everyone else in the world isn’t?

16oz Skim Milk
3 scoops Gold Standard Whey Protein (chocolate)
2 Tablespoons flax seed
1 banana

and a few packets of those Lance brand Orange colored Peanut Butter Cracker sandwich snacks or some granola.

Metabolic Drive Chocolate
Grow! whey
PB
and an apple

Mix to patse dip apple.

ALso half Can pumpkin
Metebolic Drive Vanilla
cinnamon
allspice
nutmeg
ginger
rum extract or rum
EAT

Actually i have turned my supershake into superpudding.

1/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup of blueberries
1 tbsp of flax seeds ground
1 serving of greens+
1 serving of Metabolic Drive (metabolic drive)
with an o3mega extra strength

And on training days I add an ounce of almonds

Stir it up with a little bit of water, awesome. And for me I feel like i am still having a meal as oppoosed to just a drink

1.5 cup chocoloate ff milk
1 cup ff cottage cheese
Serving of chocolate protein powder
5 ice cubes
wad of peanut butter
1 banana
shot of honey

Orange Metabolic Drive
Yogurt
Mixed berries
Banana
Crystal Light Orange Drink
Lots of Ice

-1 MRP packet
-enough water or milk
-1tbsp flax oil
-1 servings Greens supp
-maybe some vanilla extract or cocoa powder or something for extra flavour…occasionally sweetner

When consuming shakes outside of the peri-workout period, it’s usually the following:

water
two scoops of protein powder
four table spoons of olive oil

Same here, except I use less olive oil (maybe I should try your way though) and I add a greens supplement first thing in the morning.
