Actually i have turned my supershake into superpudding.
1/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup of blueberries
1 tbsp of flax seeds ground
1 serving of greens+
1 serving of Metabolic Drive (metabolic drive)
with an o3mega extra strength
And on training days I add an ounce of almonds
Stir it up with a little bit of water, awesome. And for me I feel like i am still having a meal as oppoosed to just a drink
-1 MRP packet
-enough water or milk
-1tbsp flax oil
-1 servings Greens supp
-maybe some vanilla extract or cocoa powder or something for extra flavour…occasionally sweetner
