1 serving of Low-Carb Grow!, Flax-O-Meal Hot Cereal, Butter Pecan
1.5 scoops of Banana Grow!
1/2 cup cottage cheese
few squirts of no sugar chocolate syrup
1 pack splenda
Cook Low-Carb Grow! and flax meal as directed and then add 1 scoop of whey, mixing the two. Cook the mixture as you would a pancake. Next mix cottage cheese, splenda and .5 scoop of whey. Pour this mixture on the pancake, as a topping. Cover with chocolate syrup and put in freezer for 1.5-2 hours to freeze. This is my favourite nighttime snack. Win or lose, at least we all have some new ideas for a healthy living style that doesnt involve plain old chicken and rice. Thanks for the ideas ladies and gents.
I really like adding a scoop of chocolate Grow! to my chili right in the bowl…top with some cottage cheese and you have a mean protein meal
2 lb ground beef
1 8oz can crushed tomatoes
8 oz water
garlic
onion
habanero peppers
paprika
salt
brown the beef in a skillet, drain, throw in the rest of the ingredients let it simmer for about an hour
then put some in a bowl mix with chocolate grow, top with cottage cheese and put with some brown rice and you got a hell of a meal
microwave and mash up the blueberries until they’re practically purified. then, mix all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl. the mixture will get quite tacky so you’re going to have to use your hands and really knead and mash the stuff til it’s thoroughly blended. (i put on gloves to do this because it’s a bit of a mess.) if you’ve done it right, you’ll have a mass that resembles the consistency of old wood putty.
once it’s completely mixed, divide into 8 equal parts and smash and roll into the form of bars or figurines of your liking.
throw these babies on some wax paper, seal them in a ziploc bag and throw 'em in the fridge.
about 230 calories, 23 grams of protein, 18 grams of carbs, 6 grams of fat (1 gram saturated) and 2.5 grams of fiber per bar/figurine.
10oz Skim Milk (plus)
3 Scoops Strawberry Low-Carb Grow!
1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
1 Cup (yes a whole cup) frozen strawberrys
Splenda or honey to taste
Now this may look ordinary but the key is the large amounts of frozen strawberrys. Have you ever hade a really thick shake like the ones from smoothie king? The frozen strawberrys give it that same exact consistency without losing flavor by using ice. Lots of nutrients and even has some EFAs and fiber. Plus its delicious.
2 scoops of banana cream growl
1 cup of low fat milk
a few scoops low fat/carb ice cream with vanille taste (you can add to the vanilla taste with natural vanilla)
2 fresh bananas
you mix this in a blender and ad the ice creem slowly and use a spoon to add air into the mixture, when you have done this and it is getting nice and mushy, add 4cl of ?whiskey! this is my weekend snack.
Okay, I’ve seen a lot of variations with peanut butter, but I don’t have a blender (it’s in storage).
I just tried 2 TBSP natural PB, with 1 scoop of grow, and mixed it in a bowl. There was too much powder still left in the bowl so I added just a little bit of water (maybe 1/3 cup?) and came up with a creamy peanut butter texture, with that awesome chocolate Grow! taste.
Sorry if someone already mentioned this one, but it was very quick and easy to get 28g pro, 6g carbs, and 16g fat, and it was a last minute thought to get another protein/fat meal in, fast.
This is by no means anything special or interesting, but it is what I have for my first meal of the day pretty much every morning except when cutting. It is so delicious and a great way to start my day.
16 ounces milk
1 cup raw oats
2 scoops Chocolate Grow!
1/2 or whole frozen banana
And this is what I have almost every night for my last meal of the day.

I eat that exact meal everyday before bed, except I throw it in the freezer for about 15 minutes before I eat it. I don’t think you added 1/3 a cup of water though, that would make it way too thin.

You’re probably right. I just added a tiny bit, mixed it, then added a little more (actually too much the second time, but then poured some out before mixing).
I had microave the PB because I was getting to the bottom of the jar and apearantly didn’t mix the PB well enough to start with.
I couldn’t believe how good it tasted. I thought of peanut butter cups while eating it.
I tried something simmilar a while ago with ON 100% Whey, but it didn’t taste nearly as good, and didn’t seem to mix as well either.
Blend blueberries first, add some of the milk if neccessary to make smooth, add almonds, blend until smooth adding some more milk if neccessary, add the Grow!, 1 scoop, some milk, next scoop, some milk, next scoop rest of milk. Blend between adding scoops and milk.
After all has been added blend for 2 min or untill smooth.
The almonds and blueberries really compliment each other and you’re getting an even amount of unsat. fat and carbs, and lots of protein…
A scoop of Banana Low-Carb Grow!
A quarter cup of lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Hood Carb Control Milk (skim or 2%)
Two teaspoon of olive oil
Add water to taste to achieve desired consistency.
Double or triple everything if you want larger servings.
Tough decision, but the mods have chosen Panther1015’s Chunky Monkey Grow! recipe!
Chunky Monkey Grow!
1 frozen banana cut (before frozen) into 1" chunks
small handful of almonds
4 ice cubes
14 oz 2% or whole organic milk
2 Tsp yogurt
3 heaping Tsp Uncle Sam Cereal
1 scoop chocolate Low-Carb Grow!
1 chocolate Grow! bar cut into 1/2" chunks
Reserve half of the banana, almonds and half of Grow! bar. Blend everything else until smooth, add remaining bananas, almonds and Grow! bar and blend another few seconds until chunks become 1/4 original size. Enjoy!
Congrats, Panther1015, a free tub of Grow! and a T-Nation shirt are on the way!
Also, we’re sending Owen70 a free T-shirt for his creative and cool healthy desserts!
Make ice-cream, freeze for 30 min. Mix the frosting loosely under a low heat, then blend so that it whips. Refrigerate 5 min. then pour over the ice cream…can microwave it, but it looses its thickness although the temperature variation is pretty nice.
Low-Carb Grow! pancakes
6 egg whites
2 scoops Low-Carb Grow! any flavor
1 tsp guar gum
3 tbsp splenda
1/2 cut low carb cottage cheese
cinnamon/vanilla extract/natty pb depending on desired flavor.
Whip on high until thickened then cook over low-med pan. Davinci’s syrups/walden farms calorie free syrups go well on both recipes.
