I’d like to know if I can turn brown rice into powder and than put it in my shakes. I’m bored of always using oatmeals. So will I be able to digest uncooked rice?
They used to sell brown rice powder in bulk, but I can’t seem to find it at the moment (seems like its discontinued or out of stock).

This, or you can find ground oats with baking goods at a grocery store. I use straight up rolled oats, I can buy them in bulk, and they aren’t too bad.
