No I haven’t seen this personally.

I use T3 with GH (I rarely bother with T4) normally just for precontest unless my GH dose is very high and then perhaps I would run 25mcg T3 with it.
Insulin - yes I use it with GH in the off season with my protocol changing depending on specific goals and leanness. I wouldn’t use it if you are over 10% body fat, as it can encourage fat gain (not just muscle gain) and if your diet isn’t perfect it can bite you in the ass.
If you use humalog you need to literally use it 5-15 minutes before your workout (when you start drinking your Plazma) and ensure you have AT LEAST 10g of carbs per iu of insulin during the 4 hours it is active in your system (most of it should be in your 2-3 hour session or it’s not worth it). Insulin - IM (faster and less chance of a second peak).

If i will take 6 ui gh pharma i have in plan take 3ui first times in the morning and 3 ui before sleep in night on empthy stomach. How do u say about this protocol?

For 20 mg Nolvadex you can take it one time per day - I take it with breakfast but any time is fine.
For GH it depends on your goal - I know you were asking about using it in off season and if that’s the case and gaining mass is the goal then 60-90 minutes pre workout 3iu, and before bed. If your goal is something other than that let me know and I will advise.

When I go off, I go completely off personally. I also do a detox process - there is some info about that in my earlier thread. Donating blood is always a good idea - there aren’t any real studies on it but experience says it does help indirectly.

  1. Do you take oral AAS on an empty stomach for to not reduce the bioavailability of the drug with food or with food or after? Does it matter?

  2. Have I read above that you are not agreeing with peptides but how about SARMS (Ostarine MK-2866 and others like …)?

I also forgot to tell u use 3x /week 10ui insulin 15 minutes preworkout followed by a plasma drink … from what I know I should avoid using gh and insulin one around the other. Milos Sarcev say that insulin and gh are like fire and water and should be avoided same times? How do I do that and what is your opinion about this?

Hi Shadow, one question for you.

I’d like to start my first cycle. I’m a non-competitive athlete who trains for relative strength and high skill movements. Stuff such as gymnastics and martial arts.
I’ve also been lifting for about 7 years drug-free.
My stats might be considered poor for the standards, but try to max both lifting and gymnastics isn’t such an easy feat.
Anyway, I’m currently sitting at:

177 cm = 5’ 9’’
77 kg = 170 lbs
11-12% BF
Now though I’d like to start my first cycle. My target stats are:

80-82 kg = 176-180 lbs
6-8% BF
I don’t want to take too many risks with AAS usage, so I think I’m gonna run something like 250-350 mg / week of Test E.
My long term plan would be to do 1-2 cycles per year, one for bulking (or better yet, working on proportions and strength increase) and one for cutting. While I focus on skills and maintain my physique for the rest of the months.

My question is, since this would be my very first cycle, is it possible to go for a recomp instead of a standard bulk? I might not be able to reach my goal with this cycle alone, but at least get closer to it.

Training plan: 2x week full body training, plus maybe a day where I work on my weaknessess (delts, arms, calves)
Diet plan: Low cals-carbs on rest days (sport practice), high cals-carbs on lifting days, higher proteins to take advantage of the increased test levels.

If having low DHEA-S and low progesteron would you then supplement with both or just either DHEA or progesteron?

  1. GH really does depend on your goal. Pre contest your goal is to get leaner and I would take it on an empty stomach both morning and before bed.
  2. depends on the oral - heavy orals like anadrol I would take with food, but most others on an empty stomach or with a very light meal.
  3. peptides - I’m personally not a fan of either of these…end of the day they are all trying to copy what GH is doing in the body in one way or another. I would stick to the basics myself.

If you want to use them close together then take GH 60-90 minutes pre workout and insulin 10 minutes before, and then have Plazma during.
GH and insulin together create IGF1 when used at the same time - its a good thing if you are gaining, but will impact the efficiency of the GH when you’re dieting. it depends on your goal.

What you’ve suggested looks fine - no issue dieting/recomping on test. Just make sure your dieting and training are both on point.
Personally I would do a minimum of 3 training days per week.

Out of curiosity why would you have low progesterone? Have you had blood work?

About the training, what I’d like to do is heavy Squats and Deads 2x week because I’m mostly interested in strength for the lower body.
Then, for the upper body, go for 2x as well.
I like to go full body by joining LB and UB on the same day, mostly because I want to do skill training the other days, for my sport.
Then I’ll have a third lifting day where I’ll be focusing on my weak points: arms and forearms, calves, and either chest or delts.
So yeah, lifting 3x week.
Is this a sound way to train, in your opinion? For someone with my goals, and for someone who wants to maximize myofibrillar hypertrophy in order to be able to keep as many gains as possible when off (and I aim to stay off as long as I’ll be able to maintain).
