but then again im thinking it could just be people over exaggerating; as alot do on forums
im thinking this spreads fear, so placebo tells your body to have all these sides or its not ‘‘legit’’ - so maybe somebody like you can enlighten me on this with some hard truth
also would starting with tren e (After various past cycles of other compounds including deca) be that bad if aim is to bulk ?

Tren is a very powerful drug and it will effect some more than others. It will definitely effect your mood, aggression and general behavior. If you aren’t paying attention and controlling yourself it can make you act like a prick for sure. Tren- E is great for bulking if you want to but I wouldn’t recommend it for a first time user. People with short tempers will probably be effected by it more than people who are laid back. I always recommend starting with a low dose (around 50mg/day) and see how you react to give your body and mind time to adjust. Some people might exaggerate but it is a very strong drug and definitely needs to be used with caution.

- but have you or have you heard of any horror stories regarding injecting e.g hitting a main artery or injecting into a vein etc etc, ive heard you can become paralysed if you hit the wrong part of glute, (sciatic nerve) not sure if this true?
ive also heard this is all just nonsense - what is your opinion?
which is the best part to inject - i usually do quads but lately it feels like im injecting into a rock , and or hitting nerves… it takes 15 or so minutes to find a good spot - and after hearing of the sciatic nerve paralysis in glute its put me off
- and also, what is your thoughts on phentermine for cutting? good or bad? what would be your first choice of an appetite suppressant ?
1)It is VERY RARE and very unlikely but there is always a risk.
2)I like to rotate injections sites as often as possible, not “best” place.

Awesome information! I tried to read most of what has been posted but can’t cover it all and I doubt this has been asked, so here goes.
- Any experience with yourself or fellow lifters using gear while being on a ketogenic diet? I would like to take my first cycle of test e and am wondering if I need to change my diet.
I’m on roughly month two of this diet ( 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs. Carbs only coming from veggies) and I love it. There are numerous positive side effects I have felt including feeling more “clear”, never being hungry, no energy crash, no bloat feeling, etc. This is why I don’t want to give it up, however, I don’t want to throw money down the drain with juice if it will be pointless with this diet.
Weight was 220 prior and now hovering around 200.
I’ve formerly taken the pro hormone epistane and loved it. Want to try the real deal. I’ve researched and shouldn’t need any help with cycle or pct.
I should also add that my strength is back up to what it was when I was using glucose for energy rather than ketones. I lost strength the first week.

I’m 26 years old, 175cm height, 82kg weight. I have done at least 10 cycles of various compounds including deca, dianabol, sustanon, t-prop, tren-ace, winstrol, masteron.
At one point i was doing 2 cycles per year (one mass and one cut) and i have decided to do cutting only. This year i’ve started dieting a bit earlier to get less fat percentage (didn’t have time to to proper training) and i’ve put myself on a clean diet. Anyway i plan on doing another 12 week cutting cycle, since i’m ectomorph i can cut fat pretty fast.
This is what i have :
40 ampules of T-Prop
34 ampules of Tren-Ace
300 tabs Winstrol at 10mg/tab
200 tabs Clenbuterol at 0.02mg/tab
120 tabs Proviron at 25mg/tab
Unlimited supply of Nolvadex
No arimidex in my country
Mid possiblity of finding Clomid
Unlimited 1500 UI single ampule HCG(s)
I plan on doing the following (note i’ve been doing this cycle each year with wanted results)
1-12 Test Prop at 100mg EOD
3-10 Tren Ace at 75mg EOD (perhaps up it to 100mg on 8-10 week)
3-12 Winstrol at (3tabs)30mg ED (maybe i will up this to 50mg and cut a week or two)
2wks ON/OFF clenbuterol starting at 0.02mg (i will up this according to receptor saturation)
I have several questions :
- Is the Tren Ace good for 8 weeks or should i run it a bit earlier starting at 50mg EOD?
- What’s better : 30mg winstrol every day for 10 weeks or maybe start with 30 then up to 50mg for perhaps 8 weeks?
- Should i incorporate Nolvadex withing the cycle? If i should i suppose that would be 10-20mg ED
- Where should i incorporate Proviron?
- At what point do i use HCG in this cycle and at what dose?

I really don’t like keto diets and think its the worst thing you can do for performance. I still haven’t met a successful bodybuilder or lifter that was full, hard and strong on a keto diet. You can use it for an extent to get lean but not for any kind of performance. I’m a big believer in carbs and I think anyone can manipulate their body to use them efficiently.

Your cycle looks decent but make sure you add the nolvadex starting at 10mg/day (increase if needed) and hcg 2 times a week at 250iu.
If you want me to be more specific with the dosages then i’d like to see pictures.
I have ran one cycle of 500mgs for 10 weeks and have now been cruising at 175mgs for 6 weeks I know I’ve done it all wrong but looking for advice I’m 6’7 and 250 pounds my next cycle I’m looking at will be 600 mgs of test e 500mgs of eq and 45 mgs of dbol how should I plan this and how should I run my cruise? Can you post a real picture with your shirt off so I can actually see how you look and your body fat level. This picture doesn’t really help me.

Your suggestion is not a bad cycle - I would run nolvadex throughout the whole cycle at 10-20mg and 250iu of hcg 2x/week and run 2-3 bottles of alphamale during the time you are cruising. I would suggest a cycle length of 12-16 weeks and run dbol only for the first 6-8 weeks.
You’re not going to be doing anything crazy here and this is considered pretty mild but it’s always good to educate yourself.

I should have clarified my question better if I was to run the test eq and dbol cycle how long would I cruise before jumping back on a test dbol de a and eq cycle if I blamed on staying on for ten months blasting and cruising and two months for my body to recover as u stated you did, how would I got about long I stay on and how to switch up the esters from cycle to cycle

Sorry for the multiple messages but it’s the 7th week on my cruise and honestly I have no motivation or energy in the gym I ran the test at 500mgs for 10 weeks and dropped my cruise to 175 and and my plan was cruise at 175 for 8 weeks and then jump back on test e 650mgs eq 500mgs and dbol at 45 mgs and run test and eq for 16 weeks then dbol for 6 weeks but with all my joint pain I had thought about running deca in there as well but I have a bit of confusion on how to cycle off and how to start back up and if when I blast again do I change my test sorry for all the questions and thanks for the help

just a few questions
1, does at any point nolva stop working? i read an article stating that nolva at 40mg combating gyno for too long can actually reverse the effect, is this a bro article or does it hold truth ?
2, are there any new ‘beta drugs’ or something along those lines that you have tested but are still unknown?
3, do you believe in the whole ‘go by what your body tells you’ while bulking? i can literally eat non stop and even during bulk i am still somewhat starving myself between meals
4, do you think theres a test to estro ratio, or should estro always be within blood tests guidelines (obviously test will be much higher than the guidelines, so should estro be above guidelines also?)
5, if someone was obese as a child and through teen years, is it possible to still get ripped? again theres articles stating you can only shrink the fat cells but never get rid of permanently, so no matter how hard an ex-obese dude trains, hel still always have that skinny fat look
6, after all your experience with cycles, do you think you understand your body that well than you can determine if your estro is too high or too low without bloods?
7, i see you suggest the ai’s before comp to harden up and drop water, but on most forums they say if your estrogen is too low you will bloat, hold water etc (high/low estro sides are pretty much the same ) is this a myth that can finally be put to rest??
8, are there any other major factors in the subject that most of us are missing ?

This plan was designed from my coach another ifbb pro and i had to call it quits with him due to the fact that i had some family health problems to deal with.
1)Should i call it quits with EQ and/or mast prop ? I feel as if they are deemed worthless now.
2)What compounds would you add in now? i have a photoshoot in about 3 weeks so I’m staying at 9% bf now. maybe drop masteron and add winstrol?
3)Also have you ever heard of anyone else running 1mg arimidex per day year-round? (it keeps my estrogenic blood work in optimal ranges - low 20’s) although the HDL is usually in the gutter possibly due to the arimidex.
- previously i was taught to do 12.5mg of hctz the night before the photoshoot, can i extend this to two nights before? i would like to learn more about water manipulation to be honest

5.yes its possible but it might require a lot more hard work - From experience I always have a good feeling about where my body is health wise but I always do blood tests regardless
7.you need to choose who you listen to, there’s a lot of information (good and bad) all over the place these days. At the end of the day it changes from person to person and from prep to prep. Your body can react differently sometimes to the same drugs/dosages. There’s no magic formula - attention to detail in terms of everything (cycle, diet, training) and the synergy between them. Also, individuality because different people respond differently to different drugs and different side effects to the same dosages.

I just ordered my first HGH, I am sitting at 225 6’2" almost 50 years and probably 15% bf
I was wondering 2 things What if anything should I use along HGH I was thinking Nolvadex or Clomid, and maybe anavar.
I also noticed you have suggested humalog Insulin pre workout to improve the effect of Plazma I would love to get myself to around 250 lbs and 10% would that be a good strategy and if so how much to use of humolog and how how long before the workout.

The best drug to use with synergy to gh is testosterone. Maybe 500mg/week for you with 4iu of GH or even lower at 300mg/week of Test-E and 3iu of GH first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Nolvadex 10-20mg/day as needed.
Anavar is ok at 50-75mg/day for the first 6 weeks and then cut it out.
I wouldn’t mess with insulin at your age and at this body fat. Just use the plazma intraworkout and make sure you clean up your diet or none of this will help.
