It was always my understanding that you should completely avoid fats while insulin is active in your system - so if you are taking it multiple times a day and several 4.5 hour windows of insulin activity, how do you avoid fats? Easy to avoid fats for 4 hours if I take insulin pre workout

Right now, I’m taking 2.5 iu gh at 8 am, 2.5 iu gh at 3pm, and 10iu novolin-r at 7:30pm (I Train at 9) I usually have about 20 carbs (quinoa/rice) at 7pm, 40 carbs (karboload) at 8pm, sip on 50 carbs (karboload) from 8:30-9:30 during training, and another 20 carbs (karboload) within 30 minutes of training. Of course I have plenty of hydro and whey throughout this time period, and no fats at all aside from 30 min before I even pin the slin. Does this all look OK? I have never felt hypo at all with 10 iu and this amount of carbs, so I was thinking of reducing my carbs a bit since I read you don’t want to take on too many carbs or your body will stop shuttling protein

Also, I took 7 iu of -r this morning with 2.5 iu gh on empty stomach, had 25g carb and 40g protein, an hour later I’m not feeling anything - shouldn’t I be feeling slightly hypo at this point since I was ‘fasted’ when I woke up? Could this be the result of decreased insulin sensitivity?

  7. Highest I ever used was 18iu per day. I could probably handle 24 if I really wanted to but it definitely has it’s side effects and puts a real hole in the wallet.

I could probably own a few more nice houses with all the money I’ve used on GH. I don’t see a problem with how you see things because I started as a young bodybuilder with a dream to become the best and I did the same thing. I put bodybuilding before everything else in my life. You also need to be realistic about your chances to turn pro and have successful career in bodybuilding. You need to take into consideration how your physique really looks and not just listen to your friends tell you that you look great… Look at the current top athletes at your level and see how you compare to them. Make sure your training, diet and overall knowledge is on point and that you keep learning everyday. Steroids are just the icing on the cake, you’ve got to put in the work first and foremost.

But like you, I learned to control it very quickly and even though it still effects my feelings and state of mind (like ANYONE who will use them because they have a very strong mental effect) I will never take it out on other people.   10. Not really any bad side effects for me. After years of use I’ve learned to combat them with proper supplementation and intelligent cycle planning. My libido, mood and blood tests are always pretty good. As long as you’re doing things correctly you can avoid most of these things.

Question- Have you ever had any issues with T3 and rapid heart beat? It seems after I go up to or above 25mcg I get a rapid heart beat.

In your opinion, will I benefit the most by using the GH during my off-season while I am trying to add muscle, or during my contest prep? Also do you believe that at 4-5IU/day, Pharma GH will still put on some muscle mass? or will it just basically help me stay leaner during the off-season?

  2. I?ve always used Test / Tren to bulk with. Not a fan of Deca at all. A standard off-season for me is usually 1000mg Test E/week + 400 Tren E/week. I am thinking of either using NPP or EQ this time around, and save Tren for contest prep. Which compound do you prefer for lean gains in the off-season? NPP or EQ? And also what dose would you say is optimal for each compound for maximum benefits before hitting diminishing returns.

  3. What supplements do you take that you believe have helped you the most in regard to tendons + joints health?

It’s one of my favorites, I use it for about 8 weeks before the show starting at 50mg and increasing it up to about 100mg in the last 2-3 weeks.

I would only use Humalog because there is a lot less chance of gaining fat because it’s short acting. I only avoid fats for about 3 hours after. Small amounts under 10g aren’t going to kill you. The time you inject insulin would depend on your goal. Obviously pre workout would be the best followed by Plazma and then another option would be first thing in the morning about 10min before your first meal (no fat in the meal)

If you’re getting hypo or not will depend on your insulin sensitivity.

It’s hard to say if your insulin sensitivity was fucked from what you did. If were you I would switch to short acting insulin and don’t stay on it for more than 6 weeks straight.

Some people are sensitive to it and experience these side effects but it usually goes away once your body gets used to it. Start with 12.5mcg and increase the amount only if/when you feel better from the side effects.

  1. At this dose it will help you stay leaner in the offseason and probably will help with some recovery and injuries. It’s not high enough of a dose to put on serious muscle, you would need to take over 6iu and offer a longer period of time than 16 weeks for this. If it was me I would probably just keep a good diet in the off season and use it during competition prep to help with fat loss.

  2. Definitely EQ. I’m not a fan of deca in any of it’s forms. Usually I like to run the EQ at a 1:1 ratio to the test dose and possibly even higher. Eq is a steroid that works very well in high dosages depending on the experience of the user. Something like 750 test and 750 EQ would be a good start.

  4. In this order:
    For performance: Plazma, Indigo-3G, Micro-PA, Mag-10.
    For health: Curcumin, Brain Candy (mental health)

  5. Halo and winstrol for sure.

  6. Yes I cut all injections at 1 week out, sometimes more. I stay with antiestrogens and orals. Any injection can cause water retention and you don’t want any injection marks to show on stage or it looks very bad.

  7. Indigo-3G. If you’re using GH to try and build new muscle you actually want to eat carbs with protein right after it but if you’re doing it to lose fat then empty stomach is your best option, 30min before food.

Thank you for your help! So what would be the better timing schedule of the gh and insulin pins? Taking the gh at 6 am / 1 pm and then humalog at 8pm?

I think I know the answer, but the whole “15g carbs per iu” is over the entire active life of the insulin, right? So if my resistance +natural sensitivity means I need 8g per iu, I might take 2g/iu 10 min after shot, 1 hr after shot, 1.5 hr after shot, and 2.5 hr after shot? then normal meal at 3.5 hr after shot? assuming humalog. That way the carbs are spread out?

I have been working in gyms for 4 years, researching daily for new information, training protocols whatever you know and everyday i came accross experts, gurus and pros with via web,youtube, instgram etc. And %98 of it filled with their success stories, awesome pictures of themselves and their lifes. But mostly there is no information shared even principles that applies most of the people. And you sir i salute you with respect for

I’m planning my cutting cycle in advanced so i can get all the compounds together now ready. could you recommend the best stack in your opinion for muscle hardness/vascularity etc and really getting that dry grainy look. I understand diet plays a huge role etc. Just curious on your pick of compounds for this purpose. i was thinking something like this??

I would do something like 8iu 10min preworkout and start sipping Plazma immediately. Have about 80g of carbs and that should cover your insulin. After the workout drink a mag10 immediately and then follow up by having a solid meal 60-90min after without fat included.

GH timing depends on your goal.

You are correct… Diet will be the main part of it! The cycle looks good but if you actually want a harder look I would run halo for the last 3-4 weeks of the diet at about 30mg/day. Winstrol seems to have a better effect on vascularity than anavar and it’s a bit stronger so I would go with that. I would encourage you to throw in an anti estrogen like nolvadex at 20mg/day.

If you decide to run GH for dieting purposes do 4iu in the morning on an empty stomach. It will help you burn fat and give you a rounder and fuller look throughout the diet.

when looking for fatloss you say 4iu in the morning on an empty stomach, how long should you wait to eat after you pin the GH?

Shadow. Any chance you could give your opinion on a pre contest cycle stack. From say 16 weeks out on which compounds you would say are best suited and at what point to add in the compounds or remove certain compounds etc. read a bit on pre contest stacks just trying to plan it all really. Many thanks.

I know you hear this question not for the first time, but: is it really no problem taking nolvadex while being on tren? I heard it will cause problems…
