I can’t really tell much from the picture besides your not super lean, don’t look small though. As a photographer, I can safely say overexposed body jumping into pool on bright day is not accurate representation/progress pic. Haha. Looks like awesome weather/pool though.

Started out with a bit of pain in my hips/knee. I guess I just need a longer warm up now I’ve gone wider. The last set was touch and go with straps. Had a little pause after 7 reps to tighten the straps. Hit my glutes really hard so it’s no wonder h4m’s ass is so huge haha.

Some elbow discomfort for some reason. Felt good though was pretty strict.
Hitting a PR in every exercise = great workout.

Yeah 15 reps is a lot, but with straps + touch and go grinding out reps is quite easy. When I paused after 7 I nearly didn’t get it started again. I might have had a few more reps but it just gets exhausting and 15 reps was my goal.
