Have you ever tried reversing your shoulder workout and doing the ‘smaller,’ movements first? [/quote]
Yep! When I’m working on bringing up mid and rear delts I’ll do those first, then presses. Presses go down significantly when that happens. I think it’s a great idea to start off with weak parts if you’re goal is to bring them up.
The pressing is the bread and butter of my training, though, so I like doing those right up front for now.

cool. Then I think I’m doinitrite.
And about the junk food, just get rid of it! I know easier said than done.
This is my life. Hubby can eat whatever he wants. He’s one of those types.
Mostly I’m not tempted…the junk we do have is not really too junky.

HA! Well, unfortunately, I’m not the only one in the house. The ‘snacks’ and stuff are for the kids. Mostly cracker things, fishies, pretzels-- relatively harmless for the kids but my mortal enemy! I can clean out a whole cabinet of that crap in a day.
I’ve won the cookie battle (none in house on a regular basis), but recently turned teh big 40 and there was some ice cream hanging around (I swear I no cake or ice cream!!!).

Hahahahaahahahaha I knew you were older than me I am only 38.
But I have a grandchild that is the same age as your kid.
One of my favorite snacks is 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1-2 scoops of chocolate protein and just enough milk to mix it good. It’s like a peanut butter cup. Takes the edge off low carbing.
