Anabolic steroids dont burn fat and they especially dont burn fat in a localised place we want.

Having an optimal hormone profile does increase fat metabolism. Otherwise there’d be a ton of fat 17 year olds running around and that’s just not the case. I (like most of us) could eat practically anything in our teens and not get fat. Now some of that is attributed to growth spurts, etc.
A lot of us noticed as we got older some sort of “switch” turned on and we began to gain weight without really changing our diets and lifestyles. I believe that is when our hormones become less than optimal.
Now, at 57 years old, my test is high, my GH is high, my muscle mass is high, I can pretty much eat what I want without getting fat.
I would agree there. I’m just not sure a couple mg of Var is gonna do that. I’m checking out anyway as I tried helping but OP just wants short cuts which is not the answer. If this were a dude there would likely be flaming for answers given.

Anavar was developed to combat muscle wasting, that’s where it comes in during a cut. It doesn’t burn fat, it helps you retain muscle in a calorie deficit.

You would need to gain tens of pounds of lean tissue to actually feel and notice the difference. A female taking a bit of var wont make a noticable difference.

I was into powerlifting so naturally I look Eddie Hall esque…lol. Decided being a bloated guy who can lift a lot of weight wasn’t the best option for someone pushing 40. I’ve been running 100mg Anavar and 600mg Test now and have been seeing some fat loss and muscle gain. This is eating low card during the week. Eating what I want on Saturday and eating clean with carbs on Sunday.
Calorie deficit, yes. There are no such steroids that wont allow you to lose fat in a deficit, haha.
I guess I missed that the OP was female. You are right, the anavar would have little impact on her. Some women do use it for enhanced libido though.
