Serratus Anterior Issue

I have developed an issue whereby my left shoulder has no stability and I am unable to push our press with any reasonable force.

a month ago training was going amazing well. I had increase all my weights on bench, shoulder press, deadlift and squats. I could do full weighted dips no issues.

I got a lump in the middle of my mid left trapezius. So I foam rolled and myofacial released it… wow it was painfull. Then I started to get an ache. No pain in moving my shoulder just when I rested it or leaned on it.

Then the following day my left shoulder seemed raised and rounded. My upper trap on my left side felt constantly contracted and I couldn’t do any pushing exercises at all. I had no power or strength.

The pain remained when i was still or driving and was like a tooth ache from my mid upper trap along the top of my scapula down my tricep to my little finger and ring finger.

a few days of rest the pain in my shoulder has eased but when sitting or leaning on my elbow the ache/pain immediately returns.

Have been stretching my pecs and Lats and been doing lots of back rows isometric pull down holds at 90 degree shoulder/ flexion.

But… I cannot feel my lower part of my scapula pull in tight like when you do a lat pull down. There feels like there is no contraction there.

Also I cannot extend my arm to do tricep extension on my left side, even with 5kg only on the machine. My arm will just not extend when I’m stood up straight.

I am really confused. I have a slight winging of the scap but its not huge.

What do you think?

Nerve? Muscular?

More importantly how do I fix this?

Like I said I have had NO PAIN other than the ache that runs along my scapula when I sit down, drive or lean on my elbow?

Any help warmly appreciated
