Inorite? I wish I could make this exact face everytime I saw a light SRC. Luckily I haven’t seen anyone do that in a long time, which is one of the reasons I love my current gym. 24/7, lets me use chalk and blast my own music when it’s late, several cool people there also.

For anyone who’s done deloads one thing they do is increase soreness when you get back to regular training, which def’ lets you know what muscles you’ve been working! The legs and upperback combo is a winner man! Definitely reccomend! I’m going to start doing leg press on after deads too I think!
