I think I’ll do my bench deload today and maybe some cardio and some random prehab stuff. Right now I’m looking at some Oly shoes for squatting, gonna grab some coffee and read some on them online here.

For 531 pullups I’ll just use my bodyweight to calculate what to do each day. So if I’m 220 and it asks for 180 I’ll use the assistance machine with 40lbs off and if it call for 240 I add 20lbs ect. Should work pretty well I think, I’d rather treat like an important lift than assistance if you know what I mean.

Edit: Also 214.8 today without missing meals! lol finally seem to be de-bloating, but then I’m going out with my buddies in a week for a few days so my diet’s gonna go to shit, but Imma do what I can after to get back on the horse asap.

I’m thinking anoint doing the same thing with pullups but using Chads percentages for the 5s weeks and 3s week. PS thanks for the spreadsheet Trav, I’m gonna get a log up on here soon.

Was just going to come back and edit my training to say that I lowered my bench training max so it’s 5% below my last projected max (295), but this also has me doing a weight that I have a previous PR on for the realization so that will be a good test!

But if I can I want to be down about 30lbs total weight by then, so if I match my old PR’s even I’ll be happy. Hope it goes well!

I perused your HUB (lol, I get a kick out of words) and you looked awesome at 195. You at 185 will be quite awesome.
On the other hand, I hope you get there soon so you can go back in the 240 direction. That’s a good look on you 0:-)
