Just moved to alberta so as soon as I find a decent gym I should be back to normal here.
Just using the trial pass at the Gold’s here, really nice with a PL corner that has bumper plates and some nice bars, plus dbs up to 150 and all the usual HS equipment that’s at your typical golds. Pretty pricey though so I’m gonna check out the other gyms close by (reccenter and one above a hockey rink) before I sign up for a long ass membership. 200 to intro fee then like 65 a month for a year. Pretty damn nice gym though so I’m thinking about it.

One thing I like about this gym is that it was nice and warm in there, most commercial gyms are like refridgerators compared to that one which is hard on the joints.
There was also a huge FBB in there that was bigger than all the dudes there pretty much haha that’s pretty crazy to see.

Naw man, my life has been kind of busy lately since I moved twice in the last month and and am changing gyms left and right so I said fuck it and started doing some random programming. Guess I’m not cut out to follow a program that long right now, still got a bit of program ADD in me. I think it’s a solid program though.

So my lb is still slightly tweaked although it’s been healing pretty fast, I’ll probably try some front squats tomorrow since it feels almost ready to go today.
Yesterday I went with my cousin and brother in law hiking up various trails near canmore and banff for about 5 or so hours, took this shot with my cell phone part way up the first one, unfortunately it died after that so I didn’t get a shot of the top of the 5500ft one, next time I’ll pack a real camera and not do all that in skate shoes haha.

Don’t know if i’ve said this before, but i’ve been to the elkford BC area many times to visit my aunt and we’ve taken small day trips around the area a few times. Definitely a nice place to visit.
Yeah it’s cool to curl 135 even if I can’t really rep it out!
That pic is about an hour away from the place I’m staying at now, yeah I just snapped it on my cell phone. Pretty cool area around there although there’s always a ton of tourists everywhere. Definitely gonna be doing some fishing and hiking this summer!
