I’ve actually hit 315 before but I was 240 and it was a mega grinder! I’d like to hit it easily at this bodyweight, that’d be awesome!

Made a young guy who left his weights on the bar after quarter squatting take them off. At first he said he was “kinda busy” but I just stared at him until my beard forced him to comply lol. Later on I helped him with form on SLDLs (back rounding) and told him to keep it up so he felt better.

  1. Make kids clean up weights!
  2. Correct their form!
  3. Genuinely encourage!
  4. ??? (beard)
  5. Profit!
