Seminar Topics - Pick 2

Hey T-Men, I wanted to ask the opinion of both No Holds Barred attendees and non-attendees.

If I were to give 2 talks during a conference, which 2 of these 3 would you be most interested in attending:

1) Massive Eating (a guide to daily eating patterns - including meal timing, frequency, nutrient combinations and nutrient partitioning - to get massive)

2) Dont Diet (a year round plan for managing your body comp using new meal staggers and meal combining tactics as well as the knowledge of your insulin sensitivity and calorie needs)

3) Supplement Sense (a guide to how to stack and periodize the "effective" supplements for all phases of training and all goals including endurance training, strength, hypertrophy, and fatloss training - also what is "effective" and why you should be taking it).

Thanks guys, your feedback is appreciated!

John, all three topics look interesting. But I would be most interested in Massive Eating and Don’t Diet. I feel that supplements are beneficial, but in order to truly make gains, you must have your eating habits in order. I’ve realized that even though I eat clean, I am still not getting enough protein or eating the right meals at the right times! I will see you at the seminar on Friday!

#2:especially #2

I think you should speak about 1 Massive eating, and 3. Supplement Sense. Although I can’t attend the seminar much to my dissappointment, I think nutrition plays a major role in building the whole package.

Hey John, I’d have to say the two I’d be most interested in would be 1) Massive Eating, and 3) Supplement Sense

Good luck on the talks!

#2 & #3. I am biased b/c I can put on weight at will but dieting is another story. The supplement one seems interesting b/c people(myself anyway) always want to know which supplements work.

The first two. Everyone is either trying to get bigger or leaner (even though it’s both at the same time). Besides that, if you don’t have your diet right, the supplements aren’t as effective. The first two would be more beneficial for the masses.

#2 & #3

I don’t know about 1 or 3, but #2 sounds killer. I would love to hear more about that.

#3 and #1

I think #1 and 2 are the most important. Get those right on first, then #3 becomes more important. Although I would love you to cover all three!

Dr. Berardi, I’d be rather interested in hearing about them all, but the first two sound like they would be a little more potent to me. Numero uno because I am always concerned about all those details (as well as finding putting on mass troublesome) and Numero dos because of the indvidulized approach (ie. insulin sensitivity and calorie requirements). BTW, Dr. Berardi, I won’t be able to make the seminar but was wondering if the lectures might be taped/recorded or in print form for purchase. Thanks, and to everyone going to “No Holds Barred”: Have an awesome time and don’t be shy about sharing any new tricks.

I just have one question: John, is there any way you T-People could tape this seminar and sell it? I am unable to attend not for financial reasons but work obligations but I would pay ANY price for a video. I know this isn’t likely but I HATE having to miss this, and rest assured I will NOT miss the next one! Even though I can’t attend I’m going to cast a vote anyway. My picks would definitely be 1 and 2, in particular 2. I really, really, REALLY wish I could be there.

1 and 2 get my vote. The video sounds like a great idea too for those of us who can’t attend.

I would attend #2 and #3.

#2 and #3

#2&3…Is there any way you will make these into articles for t-mag? Unfortunately I’m not gonna be able to make the seminar but I would love to hear what you have to say on these topics.

Ok here it is…since the seminar is just a few days away Ive decided to go with #1 and #2. Rest assured however that there will be articles on t-mag that cover all 3 topics from above. Thanks for your input guys!

I can’t attend the seminar due to work obligations, but I would say definitely #2.
After that, I guess #1. I would be very interested in a video of #2. Of course an
article on #2 would also be good>

John I would be interested in you making some audio tapes of this stuff. I for one will not be attending this seminar in fla, and am totaly bummed out about this. But family comes first. Think seriously about making inexpensive audios for us guys out here that are willing to listen.
