I always liked the idea of carrying out food/training logs and coming up with my own pseudo “experiments” with diet and training but never really followed through with them… After seeing this article i may have another swing
does anyone out there keep track of well anything like this, or take it to this kinda level? while i certainly dont agree with his conclusions and such(the papers also kinda dull) its interesting to see an example of how far you can carry out your own findings…
