LOL lifter. So you just wanted extra carbs on top of the 167g?
Swole did put out a good question: Is the 60g of Whey protein 60g protein (so equivalent of 3 scoops of Grow! Whey) or 60g total powder (equivalent of 2 scoops of Grow! Whey)? It definitely makes a difference.

Haha yeah I figured I would just throw a lil something extra in for some more carbs. And as WORLD said I probably end up mixing in some creatine, or aminos on top of everything else.

Wow Bushy, you are deprived…
Is that 60g of powder, (which is about 2 scoops-40g protein) or 60g of PROTEIN? (more like 3 scoops)
Read my above post as well…
Yes, it is 60 grams of protein, not powder.
None of this shit is done by weight, just amount.

Thanks, sometimes I just get confused when some of these Europeans on here are saying things like 200g of chicken, 72.89g of oats blah blah blah.
Hi Lifter, I’m late to your thread because I’ve been halfway across the world for the past week.
You’re already receiving excellent advice and taking it well, I would just add this:
Are you positive of exactly how many calories you are getting every day? You have a great attitude, so I don’t think you’ll be offended when I tell you that people that look like you are almost always vastly OVERestimating their caloric intake. From looking at your diet and body, I very much doubt that you were getting over 4000kcals a day. You may be now, but it is very important at this point to know EXACTLY what is going in so that you can make adjustments scientifically. If not, it is going to take you a lot longer to get where you want to be. If you don’t know about it already, here is a terrific website that will let you keep track of everything: http://www.fitday.com/
Remember, your diet will determine your gains MORE than the AAS, so make damn certain you have it in line.
Ive completed only one cycle, 400mg of test cyp weekly for 9 weeks. (shouldve gone for 12.) gained 20 lbs total. Expect the bloat. I held a ton of water. Watch the sodium.
Thanks Cortes. Yeah I have been paying some strict attentiton to my diet lately (should have been doing it longer and admit I some what looked it before) I will check out that link so I can get the best idea of what I’m taking in. Now I am pretty posivitve it is around 6500 hundred calories with some tweaks to the above diet and also adding in one of worlds god-food shakes. But I still need to do some more fixing.
Lifter215
So when are you looking to run this cycle?2 months you said?
Yeah roughly, but I would kinda like to get up to 190 or so before I do, So if I am not there by then I am willing to wait as hard as it may be.
By the way Cortes, I checked out that link you gave me yesterday and that place is pretty dam amazing. I entered all my food I had consumed that day and it came out to be 4900 calories, thats without Worlds 1900 cal god-food shake. For some reason I could not find that on the site lol.
yea that sites great… you hitting anything before sleep? ( casein shake?)

As of calories a day I beleive I’m right around 4,200-4,400. But like I said I just kicked it up a little under a month ago. And now I’m gonna throw in some of worlds mass shakes to get even more. My doc told me I have a friggin crazy metabolisim, But that aside I realize I will need to EAT, EAT, and EAT some more to put mass on. I would really like to take in around 6000-6,500 a day if possible.
P.s. Thanks game that was a nice analogy, got a good laugh out of it.
What would you say a day I should be looking at as of calories?[/quote]
You are abso-lutely fucking not my man! You’d be surprised how hard it is to get 3500kcal a day lad!
Plus, at your current weight, if you began to eat 6000 lcal - which for one, simply wouldn’t happen, then you would just get fat. Only fat.
The best thing i have found when bulking - and some may disagree - is to keep a food log. I use www.fitday.com, it is real handy, and it will teach you the real value of a calorie.

I know I’m late at the party but… I have to wrote my opinion ![]()
And I also know that the OP won’t like it ![]()
IMVHO you are too young to be “on”.
Your test production is already on the top. By now you don’t need gear. You need hard work and the right nutrition plan.
Looking at the photo I see you are lean but you are not at 9.5%.
I think you have a wide range of natural grow you should fill before starting to juice.
However it’s your body ![]()
As the vet wrote you don’t need nolva and clomid so I’ll go only with nolva.
I’m with world suggesting to shift to a 800mg/week of test.
Yeah famous, I 've been drinking a casein shake right before bed along with a about a half cup of cottage cheese. Also, I recently started to keep a shake in the fridge at night in case I wake up, So I just chug that and then get back to bed.
