Well like Game said, go with 800 a week. 400 will produce mediocre results. Besides, you seem to be pretty lean from your stats. You’re still not the biggest dude out there, but at least you wouldn’t have to worry about e related sides.
Trust me when I tell you that a higher dose for a shorter period of time is the way to go. To be perfectly honest, it would be great for you to consider changing your protocol to 800 for 8 weeks, run the dbol right in the middle, have a stasis for 4 weeks, and then taper for 4-5.
In the meantime, say the next two months, start packing pounds on. Train heavy, train hard, and train quick on an almost daily basis. Keep cardio at a minimum, don’t scrap it altogether, but keep it at a minimum. Something you might also consider is bumping your calories up so as to get you to 195-200 pre-cycle. Talk to randizzo or check his thread on those marvelous gainer shakes he makes now. You can thank me for the recipe and his size gain for the proof. Down 2-3 of those a day in addition to eating 5-6 meals a day and you’ll get big.
Right now I think you have a pretty level head on your shoulders and are going to shine through the next couple months if you take advice and follow a proper dosing protocol with your cycle.

Now let’s see some pics of your physique in the various standard poses and make some comments and give some advice for how you can improve. Remember, you’re going to add significant weight before you go on cycle, so don’t be disappointed with comments of your current physique.
