Second Cycle... How She Look?

Alright here it goes guys, I dont plan to start this for another month or two but would like to just get it inline so i know all what i need and some opinons to see what you guys think.

Stats.

height-5’11
BF-9.5%
Age-21 (Will be 22 when i start this second cylce)

Weeks 1-10
400mg Test C E3D
Weeks 1-4 40mg ED D-bol
Weeks 10-17 Test Taper
11-13 100mg E3D
13-17 (80,60,40,20)? not positive if this is correct.

Nolva and clomid on hand if needed.

So you’re looking at 400mg of Test Cyp injected ~2,3 times per week? Does that not seem a bit excessive for a first cycle?

The taper would require you to drop down to roughly 100mg per week, not E3D.

Well you seem pretty tiny to be perfectly honest with you. Not sure what your training history or AAS background is like.

Your cycle actually looks damned good and it would be nice if some other new members would do some research and checking around like you have obviously done.

One recommendation I have for you is to move the DBol to week 4 or 5. You’ll really energy the combined effect of test in full swing along with the oral side of things…

One thing to keep in mind when running 800mg a week though is estro related side effects. Make sure you have some Adex in case of any flareups-- that will also help against estro related sides during recovery and therefore make it much easier for you.

However, during your taper you’ll want to use 100mg per week, not E3D. And then the taper is the same way, but just at a tapered dose per week…

Contrl and world-Sorry for my retarded typing. I meant to say 400mgs weekly. And, the taper was meant to say 100mgs per week. I would split it into two does 50mgs twice a week and so on.

WORLD. Thanks for that advice, much of it is from what I have learned from reading your posts, among a few other knowledgeable people on here. To go with the bit of info I gave before is I have been training for 5 years (last 4 years seriously). And a few months ago I started a new routine and diet which i found on here that has given me some pretty gains. I have done one cylce in the past but I was not very smart back then so it didn’t turn out quite as i wanted.

Well like Game said, go with 800 a week. 400 will produce mediocre results. Besides, you seem to be pretty lean from your stats. You’re still not the biggest dude out there, but at least you wouldn’t have to worry about e related sides.

Trust me when I tell you that a higher dose for a shorter period of time is the way to go. To be perfectly honest, it would be great for you to consider changing your protocol to 800 for 8 weeks, run the dbol right in the middle, have a stasis for 4 weeks, and then taper for 4-5.

In the meantime, say the next two months, start packing pounds on. Train heavy, train hard, and train quick on an almost daily basis. Keep cardio at a minimum, don’t scrap it altogether, but keep it at a minimum. Something you might also consider is bumping your calories up so as to get you to 195-200 pre-cycle. Talk to randizzo or check his thread on those marvelous gainer shakes he makes now. You can thank me for the recipe and his size gain for the proof. Down 2-3 of those a day in addition to eating 5-6 meals a day and you’ll get big.

Right now I think you have a pretty level head on your shoulders and are going to shine through the next couple months if you take advice and follow a proper dosing protocol with your cycle.

High Dose, Short Cycle (mine, 8 weeks at 800mg + tren for 2 weeks wiht assorted other compounds)

First Cycle Diet – randizzo’s cycle log. His size gains and strength gains have been very impressive, esp. considering his training background and previous size. It’s been a damned good improvement.

Now let’s see some pics of your physique in the various standard poses and make some comments and give some advice for how you can improve. Remember, you’re going to add significant weight before you go on cycle, so don’t be disappointed with comments of your current physique.

dont be worried about comments on your build its not like RMP over here. its so we can help. I totally agree with world on all of his points just made. and think that CERTAIN beginners should go with the 8 weeks of 800-900 as opposed to the typical 12 week 500 a week.

lifter215 what did your first cycle entail?
You won’t need both clomid and Nolvadex. Drop one [clomid] and replace with a-dex or a-sin. You won’t need it at 400mg EW but you might at 400mg E3D when you’re hitting the dbol.

I agree with all of these fine posts, and be aware you could be in for some estro activity with the higher dose, but looks like you will be ok. Do as the guys have told you and get your AI on deck now and you’ll be ready to go forward. Asin or Adex that is.

Thank you to all of you who have responded with this great advice. I will def. be taking all of this into consideration and doing it as well. I will get some pics of myself tonight if possible if not tomorrow. As for my previous cycle which was about a year ago I took some Test cyp at 200mg weekly and 20mgs D-bol a day, With clomid for PCT. As you can imagine i saw little of anything happen except for a little strength increase.

For my diet I will lay it out just so you can see what im eating.

-Morning
3 whole eggs 3 egg whites
2 piece whole wheat toast+ peanut butter
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
1 glass of milk
-Snack
Protein shake
1 bag mixed nuts with fruit
Deer jerky if I have it
-Lunch
8oz chicken breast (or deer)
1 cup pasta with tomato sauce
1 piece of fruit
small amount of mixed vegetable
-Pre workout
1 protein/mass gain shake
-post workout
1 protein shake
1 Banana

  • Dinner
    1 deer or beef steak (or chicken)
    1 cup of pasta
    1 cup of cottage cheese
    some mixed veggies
    -Before bed
    more cottage cheese and about a glass of casein protein shake

This diet i just started about a month ago and has worked pretty dam good but I would like to add in those marvelous mass shakes your talking about WORLD. Feel free to tell me if this is good or if theres some stuff i should change.

Definitely lean. Only thing I’d like to add is don’t worry if you don’t look as lean during your cycle. You should be able to put on a lot of mass, but you may not be as lean as you are now. Plus, I think World’s God-food Shakes are great. Definitely give it a go.

Around how many calories are you taking in everyday?

i dont know about 9.5% lean but you are VERY lean as tico said. you’re going to need to eat like a muff-diver at lesbian convention to put on any size. But you could be starting from the other end of the spectrum and thats not better.

Thanks tico. Yeah I wouldn’t have a problem with not being lean I know it will benefit me in the long run.

As of calories a day I beleive I’m right around 4,200-4,400. But like I said I just kicked it up a little under a month ago. And now I’m gonna throw in some of worlds mass shakes to get even more. My doc told me I have a friggin crazy metabolisim, But that aside I realize I will need to EAT, EAT, and EAT some more to put mass on. I would really like to take in around 6000-6,500 a day if possible.
