Second Cycle... How She Look?

it really just depends on how your body reacts ya know? like right now im at about 236 give or take a half pound and im gaining nicely on a little under 5000 a day. some guys say they need a shit ton like 6-7000 a day to gain others only need a little above maintenance. but IMO you should be good with that amount.

glad you like the analogy i happened to be thinking about well nevermind

Remember, if you’re fat fucking lazy puke piece of shit like a certain member of the forum, you need to eat at least 10,000 calories a day and over 800 grams of carbs just to get mediocre muscle gains and still allegedly maintain a lean physique…

Kidding of course, but I had to take a shot at that dumbass… you know who I am talking about.

HAHA. Nice little jab there. And nice analogy from Game. This is quite the thread.

OP: like Game said, people react differently towards calories. You just need to find your optimal level. How have your weight gains been on 4,000?

Well, The first two weeks I gained around 5 pounds but now on week 4 of the diet I seem to have plateaued which I don’t understand. So my only conclusion is to kick it up again see if i can find that number which will me gaining.

haha Sap you may be completely right about that one. Our only hope would be that she would squirt a-dex, well considering most of the lesbian world are a little estro deprived anyway it seems maybe its true?!

sorry OP anyway you may want to try and adjust your macronutrient ratios to stimulate more gains? try upping your (good) fats which is usually where you find the mistake happening. try fluctuating your carbs, (at a reasonable level dont pull in stunts like that curse of the bambino thread over there.) So on you may be injesting enough calories just not the right kind? Catch my drift?

Haha no prob Game I like the humor in here as well…

Yeah i hear ya tho. I’ll adjust some things, I think truthfully I am a lil low on carbs so I’ll shoot those up quit a bit and see how that goes. And also im gonna ask Randizzo for the recipe for that monter mass shake and try and drink 2-3 three of those babies aday.

2 cups whole milk
4 TBSP Pbutter
60g Whey Protein Chocolate
3 raw eggs
2 bananas
5 oreos

Put it all in a blender… Throw in some ice.
I nicknamed this God-Food, because it is great, I just find myself wanting 3 or 4 a day.

Straight from the words of Rand

Lol, this is the first time I see World’s God-Food Shake… That’s what you call a mass monster- I wonder how many cals? Has to be at least 80 g of protein.

WOW now thats what was I looking for. Thanks Game. I’m gonna go make one of those suckers right now.

1906.3 Calories
138g Protein
167.5 Carbs
92.9 Fat

what…you dont have oreos…you have porsches and maybachs coming out your hind end and no oreos? chocolate cookies with sugar cream filling goodness!

Wow Bushy, you are deprived…

Is that 60g of powder, (which is about 2 scoops-40g protein) or 60g of PROTEIN? (more like 3 scoops)

Mother of God!

I can’t get oreos readily over here but would like to try these. I wonder what might be a worthy substitute.

Can someone please describe ‘oreos’ to me so I can ponder.

It’s a pretty basic cookie. You have two Ritz cracker sized chocolate cookies with a a vanilla cream in between them. Not the healthiest snack in the world, but delicious nonetheless.

Just experienced one of these monsters for the first time. It took about 10-15 minutes to put down and my stomach does not really like me right now but it did taste pretty dam good. I also added a 1/2 cup of oatmeal which was a bad choice. It was more or less a thick soup which by the end I was using a spoon to eat lol.

LOL lifter. So you just wanted extra carbs on top of the 167g?

Swole did put out a good question: Is the 60g of Whey protein 60g protein (so equivalent of 3 scoops of Grow! Whey) or 60g total powder (equivalent of 2 scoops of Grow! Whey)? It definitely makes a difference.

I just use 2-3 scoops of ON 100% whey when I do it.

None of these for me for a while though, I’m going on a pretty extreme cut.

Read my above post as well…

Yes, it is 60 grams of protein, not powder.

None of this shit is done by weight, just amount. Although I must say, pick up the glass and it will weigh a good bit.

It’s basically designed for guys who have no problem staying lean-- like myself, randizzo, and the OP. However, if you have a real problem with gaining bodyfat and are carb sensitive this would not be for you.

The whole reason these originally came about was the fact I did not have a whole lot of time on my hands and the chow available left quite a bit to be desired in the flavor department. If you can take in a plethora of nutrients and whatnot via drinking them in a timely manner, why not do that over eating sub par food?

However, don’t forget about a fourth of one in your truck and then find it a week later. You will be presented with a brick of nutrients capable of denting a car…

Sometimes, depending on how I’m feeling, I might also add in a bit of creatine, glutamine, BCAAs…

There’s lots of stuff you can do it to it, but the principle remains the same: high amounts of calories, protein, and aminos in one easy to make drink.
