Well guys i’ve decided to attempt Ian’s Super Strength program along side a rather simple leg approach. I will be doing 2on 1off 1on 1off split. The middle “on” day being my leg day. I am going to try to eat clean and just make sure I put no processed foods in my mouth. After a few weeks of this I will start to count every calorie, so that my body at least has time to adjust to the healthy life style once again. I am wanting to take Methoxy and T-2 to lose some fat. Right now i’m at maybe 18% body fat(if even that low). What kind of split should I use with the sups as to gain the highest benefit from them. Thanks for sharing some ideas with me.

If you have access to it, I would definitely prioritize MD6 over T2, especially at 18%.
