Shake and bake. So you like the Pro suit, huh? 645x2 is pretty darn good. How close were you to parallel? What size did you end up getting? Just a word of warning, though, that suit stretches out pretty quickly with the straps up. Just saying…

I hope it stretches out haha, things almost unmanageably tight right now. I ended up within an inch above parallel, then when i put the straps up I was way high, couldn’t feel the bar on my back and was way out of position.
I’m sure I’ll end up tightening the straps eventually. It’s a size 52, and it’s nasty tight right now, but I’m sure it’ll break in, I’m going to pull in it on monday and see if i like it, then I might keep the t-rex to squat and pinch that a little in the hips, we’ll see…

Hell yeah! Manpon presses! We used to have an enormous manpon floating around the gym that had padding that was like 2 and half inches thick. We used to bungee it around the bar with an old knee wrap and that thing was fun as hell to bench with.

ok, so on 10/9/08 I attempted to shirt bench, shoulder slipped out on the bench and I ended up almost eating 505, got 475 ok so I know I’ve still got most of my bench strength, but gotta figure something out cause this lack of belly is killing me.
