Screwed Up Bench Press

I dont what what to do…my bench sucks and i cant really improve on it…i think it is a mental thing because if i focus on adding reps on 75% of 1Rm or under i can but if i add weight on the bar its a whole other issue…my squats have never been better,deadlifting also…even shoulders lats,grip and tris are getting stronger but my bench sucks…pls help :frowning:

  2. Maybe it’s just me, but I would never dress out to squat 205.

Cant see the video due being at work but what helped me the world especially at bench was watching and learning from so you think you can bench series from Dave Tate and 5 bench pressing mistakes vids.

Learned from there what pulling with your lats really mean and makes a big difference to my bench
