So I tried Big Boy Basics last week, just like you guys said. Man, I was burned out, way to sore, I think BBB is too much for me right now. Would a simple 3x5 program be ok for a newbie? I think there is a program called riptoe??? Which is simple compound moves, three times a week.
Or would I be better off trying TBT? I’m trying to pack right now, not really concerned about strength at the moment. Thanks
