This calls for a little

lol^

awesome movie however

my girl cut my hair this week…

squats 370 for 2 sets of 8

felt like dying after drinking 2 pitchers of beer last night.

cg 2 board bench 270 for 8 sets of 3
lots of shoulder work

feeling a little bloated today ready for a deload.

gotta keep making progress

block pulls 455 12 sets of 1 30 sec rest
lots of rowing

needed deload comming up

nothing special been deloading all week long and working some good overtime at work

back to work!

Bench 10 sets of 4 using 250lbs (fuck this sucked)
then proceeded to absolutely murder my triceps

triceps are jacked right now too bad I have a shitty bench

squats 10 sets of 4 with 375#

fuck…

first time also doing zercher squats, humbling

I come from a land down under…

2 board press and shoulder work

god I felt like ass today my joints just felt like crap

actually had to run at work, caught a 160lb dude…sad when the 265lber with 20lbs of equipment tracks you down.

food…

4 inch block pulls 6 sets of 1 #485lbs
deficit deads 4 sets of 1
lots of rowing and shrugs

icing down everything very sore.

Zercher squats? Did you feel like they’ll transfer to squat or DL at all?

Pretty rare exercise, just curious what reason you were doin 'em for.

I pretty much do what Josh tells me to do. Im sure it helps squats and deads, its tough to keep the lower back stabilized so im sure it helps with that and your core.

LOL, I was going to say “because Josh Bryant told him to do it”. Anyhow, it is definitely a lift that will help your start on the DL and also give you a good ab/lower back workout. BTW, 10x4 on squats with 375 is no joke. Nice work.

Yeah I wanted to die after those sets, go to youtube and look for the Johnny Jackson videos where Josh is training him. Its sick.

yea cutting and pasting the link is not working I see

not a good bench day for me
8 sets of 5 reps with 250…missed with only 4 reps on 2 of the sets.
other stuff that I sucked at today

I can notice a correlation between me not getting my meals in at work the day before a bench day and shitty performance. I need to prepare better. Time to get my mind right.

squats 7 sets of 5 @375 and 1 set of 4, just didnt have a 5th in me…
lots of hamstring work

off to work

2 board work, shoulder work.

feeling sore and beat up but getting used to the volume. Had to up my protein intake and stop eating shit foods for a few days. When you use an intense program I am learning that nutrition is just as important to recover. I used to just eat to get huge but now I am seeing that I got to make better choices to feel better and recover quicker.

Sometimes its not about the bloat I guess…
