Its been busy…life and work wise so to catch up I did squats for 10 sets of 5 with 375. Then I died. Then I did board presses and about to do deadlift day.
I hate when I have no time.

hovering around 265. My bodyfat has remained the same for my last 13lbs so I am pleased so far. I’m trying to actually be 270-275 next comp.

First off I felt like straight ass today and I dont know why. I didnt even drink last night…maybe I should have. Either way
415 for 6 sets of 4 (felt like I was squatting to spf parallel and just couldnt get comfortable) I shouldnt be mad because last time I did 415 I only did it twice. Now i am doing it for multiple sets of 4 so I am going to not bitch.

Man, you’ve had some serious improvement in squat poundage. Sorry about the shoulder. Do you think it’s just beat down from the squatting?
yea I think benching on friday kind of aggravated it but squating definitely crushed it on saturday. I think I can manage it by icing because I still have mobility in it just pain. I was supposed to overhead press today but decided to not push it more.
I didnt realize you are up to multiple sets of 415x4…thats beast man…got me beat by a ton right now haha
