Back to week #1 mostly off-season stuff now since I have decided my next meet will be the halloween brute strength meet due to my awful work schedule.
bench 225lbs x10 2 sets (happy about this its a rep pr for me, wasn’t too hard)
incline- 200x4,3 (this was awful looking and I didn’t get my reps have not done this lift in at least 2 years)
decline 2x8 230lbs awful looking as well
accessory stuff
If its awful to do its probably going to make me better when I get good at it.

I was going to ask if you were working with Josh Bryant again, and then I decided to actually read the post from the 5th. Derp. I am seriously considering doing the Brute Strength meet as well. All I hear are great things about the meets that they hold there and I figure that should be enough time to let me re-build my total.
My first meet was down at Brute…not only is it the best gym on the east coast, they throw AWESOME meets…it was an SPF meet there and it was an awesome time…they have music playing and a good crowd shows up since they have so many members that compete and bring their friends

Where do you live/train in Maryland? If you are interested, feel free to drop in at my house in the Fairfax, VA, area for a training session some time. I’ve got a pretty good set-up with a lot of the cool (PLer) toys.
I live in baltimore city and I train either in Rosedale, or Glen Burnie at the golds. I would be down for that when I get the time, unfortunately my job crushes me but every now and again I get some good time off.
I think you need to get your priorities in line and quit your job, lol.
