yea I need to deadlift at exile so I can use chalk and a much better bar. In the video you can see my left hand open up.
Deload before testing maxes. My plan is to squat 475, bench 320, and go for broke on deadlift 550 may be the number This will put me +122 lbs on my total if I hit these numbers

I knew at 295lb warm up I was not going to hit 320 so I decided to grrrrrriiiiiind 315 but hey its my first 3 plate bench and 18lbs higher than my last contest. Squatting tomorrow

what I wanted to get. Had a spotter malfunction as you can see in the vid but thats what I get for lifting at golds. Knew something felt weird, he was holding the bar. Pulled my head out of my ass and then decended…then rip. I ripped the side of my shorts hence the hesitation out of the hole lol. But I got it thats all that counts…

yea I looked around the gym and I tried to find 2 people who looked like they at least worked out before. I hate not having regular training partners. I feel like I am missing out. Nothing worse than 400+ lbs shifting to the left side of your body, then back to the right side before a lift.
You seem like you would be fun to hang out with in real life, I don’t even know why…
