…Gotta fix my squat! I have a feeling that my form is slightly twisted. It looks (almost) ok from straight ahead but there is a touch of a “twisted” look, especially on the heavier set. Gotta drop weight and get a new camera.

My apologies to the people who’s logs I havent commented in for awhile… I could just really use a 25 hour day.

This is not workout music, this is me venting my anger…

I’m completely pissed… [rant] My wife is in the final stages of her law degree. On friday she has an exam from 4-6 pm. I’m at work 12.15 pm - 12.15 am. So two weeks ago one of her sister agreed to look after the kids, for 3-4 hours. Today she calls up my wife and says she can’t do it… why? ooh, her church has a childrens activity-day on saturday and she HAS to help organize it on friday… That’s more important than helping her own sister!!! [/rant]

I’m so angry that I’m shaking…

People do have screwed up priorities sometimes. Family comes first.
