This may be a silly question, but what about AAS or HGH will cause eye twitching? Because its really annoying me now! @unreal24278 hit me with some possibilities.

This has not been the case for me. Not sure what is causing your eyes to twitch.

Me neither. It could be anything really, oestrogen, mineral imbalance, so many things.

On a side note, I’ve cleaned up my diet this week and fat loss seems to be hitting me like a train. Waking up leaner everyday. I’ve dropped doses of all AAS.

Complete layman’s guess, but by any chance has your sleep been suffering?

Of course, I’m on Tren. However, my sleep has been deeper due to the GH, but I’m still waking up every 2 or 3 hours.

Haha I guessed as much, but didn’t want to assume - nothing more than personal experience but eye twitching for me is 100% caused by by disturbed/lack of sleep (and easily remedied when you’re not on Tren).

Stress, excessive caffeine intake, lack of sleep. Before I started trt I had severe eyelid twitching. I associated it with low estrogen. My e2 was undetectable at the time. As soon as I started trt it began to subside and disappeared.

Just an update, I’ve just started tracking my macros this week as im transitioning into my cut and I’ve lost 12lbs, in a week. Obviously most of it will be glycogen, maybe water too. Strength is still up as is fullness. Abs starting to show already.

I assume arms are a strong point for you?

Are you currently cutting to compete or recreational?

If recreational, what is current protocol (cycle)… Do you go off? If so, what do you cruise on and for how long (just curious given you’re a competitor and competitors tend to be rather extreme)

You’re BF% looks to be around my level, perhaps 1-2% leaner so around 18-19%

No I’d say delts and back are my strengths.

Im just doing a cut for fun, not to compete. Ive decided i need more mass before I hit the stage. I dont ever go fully off, but I’ll cruise on like 150mg Test with 50mg Mast, something like that.

Current cycle is 350mg TA, 200mg Test P, 300mg Mast and tapering off EQ so down to 600mg.
