This… is kinda sweating the small stuff.
Berardi recommends about a third from each fat source. Disc Hoss recommends about 50% mono, 30% sat and 20% Poly.
So long as it’s reasonably balanced, I’ve yet to see any evidence, anecdotal or otherwise, that it really matters, especially when you’re not low-carbing it.
